Refund Policy

At Soul-Aligned-Wealth, we are committed to delivering high-quality coaching, educational, and transformational services. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any services or programs.

1. General Policy
​

All purchases made through Soul-Aligned-Wealth are considered final, except where otherwise required by applicable law. Due to the nature of digital content, coaching services, and experiential programs, refunds are not guaranteed.

2. Coaching Sessions & One-on-One Services
​

  • Payments for individual sessions, packages, or private coaching are non-refundable once the session has taken place

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance

  • Sessions missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited

  • No refunds are provided for missed sessions

3. Programs, Courses & Group Offerings
​

  • Access to programs, workshops, and group experiences is non-refundable once the program has started, unless otherwise stated

  • If a refund window is explicitly offered on a sales page, it will be honored according to those terms

  • Failure to attend live calls, complete modules, or participate fully does not qualify for a refund
     

4. Payment Plans
 

  • Payment plans are a commitment to the full program price

  • Missed or cancelled payments do not cancel the remaining balance

  • No refunds are provided for partial participation or unused portions of a program
     

5. Digital Products
​

All digital products (including downloadable materials, recordings, meditations, and online content) are non-refundable once access has been granted.

6. Exceptional Circumstances
​

In rare cases of serious illness or extraordinary circumstances, refund requests may be reviewed at our discretion. Any such consideration does not constitute a guarantee of refund.

7. Consumer Rights
​

This policy does not override any mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable local laws. Where required by law, statutory refund rights will be honored.

8. Chargebacks
​

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Soul-Aligned-Love may result in immediate termination of access to services and programs. We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any concerns.

9. Policy Changes
​

Soul-Aligned-Love reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
